Schisandrin A Suppresses Inflammation in DSS-induced IBD Mice and H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>-induced MODE-K Cells through Wnt/β-Catenin Signaling

Background Schisandrin A (SchA) has multiple pharmacological features, and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) represents a common digestive system mainly characterized by inflammation. Objectives To assess the anti-inflammatory effects mechanism of SchA in mice with enteritis MODE-K cells representing vivo vitro models Materials Methods DSS-induced IBD mouse (an model intestine) were used to on inflammation determine related signaling pathways. Results Our data showed that exerted reducing general clinical symptoms pathological damage colonic mucosa promoting migration H 2 O -induced cells, inhibiting apoptotic death, release factors. Moreover, downregulated Wnt/β-catenin both cells. Conclusion inhibits repressing signaling.
